Mr. Mishra is an emerging legal professional with a solid academic foundation, holding an LLB from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (2018), and a degree in Political Science from the University of Delhi. With a diverse background in Arbitration, the Excise Act, Customs Act, Property disputes, and Consumer Cases, Mr. Mishra has established a strong reputation in the legal field. His expertise, honed through years of dedicated practice, has seen him consistently represent clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums across India. These include the Supreme Court of India, the High Courts of Delhi, Allahabad, Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh, as well as tribunals such as the NCLT, NCDRC, and CESTAT.
