Parul Ranjan is a skilled and accomplished professional with an experience of nearly two decades. She was actively involved in litigation and handled various types of cases like civil and criminal writs, quashing, bails, consumer cases, labour matters etc. She had also been a panel lawyer for Indian Railways as well as an Assistant Counsel with the Additional Advocate General of Bihar. Adding to her court practice experience, she has a rich experience as corporate lawyer as an inhouse legal counsel in Vodafone (Telecommunications company) and in ATC Telecom Infrastructure Private Limited as a Circle Legal Head in charge of the Legal Operations in Bihar and Jharkhand where she managed and strategized the litigations, dispute resolutions, legal transactions, Arbitrations and was into Contract drafting, Labour disputes, Industrial relations, employee issues and compliance training and monitoring.
